You can verify the status of your order at any time from your GDC account, under Order History.
Please note that we ask for a standard processing time of up to two business days (not including weekends or holidays) from the time your order is placed. A 'Processing' status means that your order has not yet been shipped.
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped.
Order Changes & Cancellations

GDC delivers worldwide via its partnerships with DHL and UPS. All services provide a tracking number and full insurance. In the event that multiple orders are placed with the same shipping destination on the same account, orders may be combined and the shipping fees will be adjusted unless otherwise requested.
Please allow up to two business days (not including weekends or holidays) for us to process your order. Processing time is required so that we can review your order information and prepare it for shipping.
Standard delivery is free within Germany on orders over €100, and the rest of the world on orders over €200.
